Authentic Mickey Mouse ear hats, direct from the Disney theme parks and personalized in a stylized Alice in Wonderland font. This new take on the traditional hat writing lets you create a hat that is uniquely yours.

Each hat is crafted from black felt with black plastic ears and a sewn-on embroidered Disneyland Mickey Mouse patch on the front. You choose the size (Adult, Youth or Toddler).

This Ear Hat is personalized on the back with a name or phrase of your choosing, using our own in-house embroidery machines. For best results, limit personalization to 10 characters and spaces.

Please leave all personalization information in the "note to seller" box at the time of checkout. If you are ordering more that one personalized item, please be very specific in your instructions.

We list the most popular thread colors as standard options, but are happy to try to match other colors upon request. Our new Rainbow thread gives this font a whole new dimension. For extra fun, choose Glow-in-the-Dark thread, which appears white in the daylight, but lights up under black light!

We reserve the right to reject orders that include slang terms, profanity or epithets. Basically, if you could not wear it inside a Disney theme park, we won't embroider it.

--- Sizing ---

Disney uses the "Infant/Toddler," "Youth," "Adult" sizing designation for some ears, but the descriptions are somewhat imprecise.

Adult hats are listed as 56cm circumference. Youth have a 54cm circumference, and Infant/Toddler have a 52cm circumference.

Infant/Toddler Ear Hats also have a smaller plastic ear than the Youth and Adult size, so they appear more in proportion to the felt hat.

Are other colors of embroidery thread available?

Absolutely! Our preferred supplies offers over 300 colors of embroidery thread, including neon colors and even multi-color twists. When we look to other suppliers, we can access over 1,000 colors, including glow-in-the-dark thread.

We know it's overwhelming to have to choose from 1,000 colors, especially when shopping online, which is why our listings show just our most popular colors. However, if you're looking for a specific color, please let us know and we'll do our best to match it. We can also match many PMS colors for corporate logos and coordinating promotional item packages.

Are other embroidery fonts available?

In a word: yes! We have an in-house library of over 300 embroidery fonts and over 100 monogram designs.

As with thread colors, we know it's overwhelming to have too many font choices. Our listings show just our most popular fonts and designs.

If you're looking for a specific font, please let us know and we'll let you know if we have it, or do our best to find it. We can also embroider using most TrueType fonts, and can digitize your own design or corporate logos for embroidery.

What are the rules for monograms? In what order do my initials go?

Monograms are personal, and even etiquette professionals disagree about "the rules." Here are some guidelines:

The traditional arrangement for a three-letter monogram is First, Last, Middle, with the last name being in the center and/or largest. Mary Jane Smith = MSJ. Alan Karl Jones = aJk

For one-letter monograms, the tradition is to use the first name initial for women, last name initial for men. For matching gifts for couples, use either first names or last initial.

There are situations where it's appropriate to break from tradition. People with multiple middle names, hyphenated last names, or who prefer a two-letter initial all present unique designs. Please feel free to Convo us for assistance in creating your perfect monogram.
