Ask a question

The white hat is decorated with tone-on-tone flocking, and studded with clear crystals. The white ears are also decorated with clear stones, and the hat is topped with a silver-tone tiara and a sparkling organza veil. These are authentic Ear Hats direct from Disneyland!

This Ear Hat is personalized on the back with a name or phrase of your choosing. For best results, we recommend that you limit personalization to 10 characters and spaces. Longer names or phrases can be embroidered, but the font gets increasingly small with each additional letter.

We reserve the right to reject orders that include slang terms, profanity or epithets. Basically, if you could not wear it inside a Disney theme park, we won't embroider it.

We customize each Ear Hat on our own embroidery machines. We offer seven standard thread colors and five fonts, but are happy to try to match other colors or embroidery fonts upon request. The sample photos show a digital rendering of our five standard fonts, and a sample of a hat personalized on our machine in the "Style Script" font.

We recommend Black thread for the best contrast and best visibility through the veil, but many brides opt for Hot Pink thread, or Yellow thread to match the embroidery of the Groom hat.

This Ear Hat is "One Size," and fits most adults and youth. An elastic chin strap adds security.

If you are ordering more that one personalized item, please be very specific in your instructions. Please leave all personalization information in the "note to seller" box at the time of checkout.

Custom and personalized orders

We specialize in custom and personalized orders. Use the examples provided as a starting point, and let us create something completely original for you.

Why don't you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Are other colors of embroidery thread available?

Absolutely! Our preferred supplies offers over 300 colors of embroidery thread, including neon colors and even multi-color twists. When we look to other suppliers, we can access over 1,000 colors, including glow-in-the-dark thread.

We know it's overwhelming to have to choose from 1,000 colors, especially when shopping online, which is why our listings show just our most popular colors. However, if you're looking for a specific color, please let us know and we'll do our best to match it. We can also match many PMS colors for corporate logos and coordinating promotional item packages.

Are other embroidery fonts available?

In a word: yes! We have an in-house library of over 300 embroidery fonts and over 100 monogram designs.

As with thread colors, we know it's overwhelming to have too many font choices. Our listings show just our most popular fonts and designs.

If you're looking for a specific font, please let us know and we'll let you know if we have it, or do our best to find it. We can also embroider using most TrueType fonts, and can digitize your own design or corporate logos for embroidery.

What are the rules for monograms? In what order do my initials go?

Monograms are personal, and even etiquette professionals disagree about "the rules." Here are some guidelines:

The traditional arrangement for a three-letter monogram is First, Last, Middle, with the last name being in the center and/or largest. Mary Jane Smith = MSJ. Alan Karl Jones = aJk

For one-letter monograms, the tradition is to use the first name initial for women, last name initial for men. For matching gifts for couples, use either first names or last initial.

There are situations where it's appropriate to break from tradition. People with multiple middle names, hyphenated last names, or who prefer a two-letter initial all present unique designs. Please feel free to Convo us for assistance in creating your perfect monogram.
