This black felt birthday ear hat is decorated with embroidered graphics and topped with a stuffed fabric birthday cake and fabric candles. The clear plastic ears are printed with an all-over balloon and confetti pattern. These are authentic Ear Hats direct from the Disney Parks.

We customize the back of each Ear Hat with a name or phrase of your choosing, using our own professional embroidery machines. Choose your preferred font and thread color at checkout.

This hat can be embroidered with up to two lines of text. For best results, we recommend that you limit personalization to 10 characters and spaces per line. Longer names can be embroidered, but the font gets increasingly small with each additional letter.

Please leave all personalization information in the "note to seller" box at the time of checkout. When you order, please tell us:

1) Text for Line 1
2) Text for Line 2 (optional) We will use the same font and thread color for each line, unless you tell us otherwise.

If you are ordering more that one personalized item, please be very specific in your instructions. We reserve the right to reject orders that include slang terms, profanity or epithets. Basically, if you could not wear it inside a Disney theme park, we won't embroider it.

We list the most popular thread colors, but are happy to try to match other colors upon request. Yellow Gold, Red, White, or Magenta thread looks best on this Ear Hat, and our new Rainbow thread really pops. For extra fun, choose Glow-in-the-Dark thread, which appears white in the daylight, but lights up under black light!

We currently offer five basic fonts and four premium fonts, and are happy to try to match other fonts upon request.

The four premium fonts, Walt-o-Graph, Theme Park, Wonderland and Nightmare, each come in two sizes. See the photos for a comparison of each size. The Nameplate and Nightmare fonts have only capital letters; the other fonts have upper and lower case letters.

We will customize your design to fit your selected text. If we have any concerns about the way your chosen font looks with your name, we will send you a digital proof to approve before we embroider the hat.

--- Sizing ---

We receive a lot of questions about the sizing of ear hats. This style is marked as "Youth," with a 54cm diameter. Ear hats do not fit like baseball caps, but rather sit on the head like a beret or skullcap. This hat will be small on most adults, may touch the ears of youth depending on head size, and will touch or cover the ears of toddlers and infants. The attached chin strap will keep the hat comfortably on a youth, but you may wish to instead secure the hat with bobby pins or snap barrettes for added stability on adults or infants.
